Postpaid or prepaid?

We work strictly on a prepaid basis. For small typical projects - prepayment is 50% of the total budget. The rest is after the completion of the work.Large projects, the cost is divided into stages, and payment is made in installments. That is, 100% prepayment is made for each stage of the project.

Why is the prepayment not refundable?

Prepayment is compensation for our time spent. If the work meets your terms of reference and solves the assigned tasks, but for some subjective reasons does not suit you, the prepayment is not refundable. This has not happened yet.If the work does not correspond to the agreed written contract, it is revised by us without fail.

Can I pay in installments?

Usually, the payment is split into 2 or 3 payments. Dividing it into smaller parts is convenient only if the project is large and long-term.

Do we sign a contract?

Yes, GetPromoted will provide you a contract on the email that needs to be approved by both parties.
